Nashville Graduating Class Focuses on Premier Properties

Nashville, Tenn. – A total of 25 Crye-Leike sales associates in the Greater Nashville, Tenn. area recently completed a highly-specialized training program on marketing premier properties valued at $400,000 or more. The two-day course, offered by Crye-Leike, Realtors corporatewide as in-house training for its sales associates, included segments on architecture, custom construction, home inspection, insurance, appraisal and finance issues. Also included were on-site showroom consultations with interior and exterior design and engineering professionals as well as home tours through select neighborhoods and luxury properties that focused on architectural design.

Those sales associates from Crye-Leike, Realtors who joined the 90 graduates from the real estate company’s continuing education program on marketing premier properties were:

“This in-house training program was designed to provide Crye-Leike sales associates with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients in the high end market,” said Tom Kimbrough, vice president and general manager of Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. After its upcoming October training session, Crye-Leike will have trained over 150 sales associates across the state on marketing premier properties.

Guest speakers included: custom builder Mike Moody, president of Fredrik R. Harris, a division of Newmark Homes, who is experienced in premier homes construction ($400,000 plus) and community development; architect Scott Wilson who discussed architectural issues in home construction; contractor Donnie Stanley, vice president of Bob Stanley Properties and a real estate agent, who spoke on working with a builder in the planning and construction of custom built homes; appraiser Tom Noonan; Rhonda Holt, loan originator of 1st Trust Bank for Savings; and Buddy Hill, general manager of Crye-Leike Insurance who addressed the various lines of insurance designed for premier property owners.

Showroom consultations were held with Cenwood Appliances and Ferguson Kitchen & Bath Gallery.
