Chattanooga Graduating Class Focuses on Premier Properties

Chattanooga, Tenn. – A total of 27 Crye-Leike sales associates in the Greater Chattanooga, Tenn. area recently completed a highly-specialized training program on marketing premier properties valued at $300,000 or more. The two-day course, offered by Crye-Leike, Realtors corporatewide as in-house training for its sales associates, included segments on architecture, custom construction, home inspection, insurance, appraisal and finance issues. Also included were on-site showroom consultations with interior and exterior design and engineering professionals at Carpets of Dalton Showrooms in Dalton, Ga. as well as home tours through select neighborhoods and luxury properties that focused on architectural design.

Those sales associates from Crye-Leike, Realtors who joined the 90 graduates from the real estate company’s continuing education program on marketing premier properties were:

Nancy Clairmont, James Godfrey, Barbara Howell, Marv Martin, Janice Robertson and Carole Sizer, all of Crye-Leike’s Downtown branch office;

“This in-house training program was designed to provide Crye-Leike sales associates with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients in this high end market,” said Jack Webb, vice president and general manager of Crye-Leike of Chattanooga, Inc. After its upcoming October training session, Crye-Leike will have trained over 150 sales associates across the state on marketing premier properties.

Guest speakers included: custom builder Dexter White who is experienced in upper end construction ($300,000 plus); architect Wayne Caughman of J. Wayne Caughman Architect Inc. who discussed architectural issues in home construction; lenders Dennis Fox of 1st Trust Mortgage and Nancy Wilson of SunTrust Bank; home inspector Terry Rankin of Premier Engineer Corp.; and, appraiser Bill Haisten of Haisten Group, Inc.
