Jones Co. and Crye-Leike Form Marketing Alliance

Brentwood, Tenn. – The Jones Company, a leading residential new home builder in Nashville, has formed a strategic alliance with Crye-Leike, Realtors of Nashville. Crye-Leike will provide marketing services for The Jones Company’s new home sales in Middle Tennessee.

“The Jones Company recognizes the value of Realtors for their integral role in the home sales transaction,” said Charles Zeni, corporate vice president of sales for The Jones Company of St. Louis, Mo. The Jones Company has sold over 15,000 homes in the greater St. Louis area as well as in Illinois and Nashville, Tenn.

“We know that 75 percent of our sales transactions involve Realtors. Crye-Leike, Realtors has a large market share in the Nashville area and access to 900 Crye-Leike sales associates in the Middle Tennessee area as well as a national relocation network. This is a powerful combination to increase awareness of our new home communities in the Greater Nashville area,” said Zeni.

Zeni projects 225 home sales by year-end for The Jones Company in Nashville. The Jones Company sold 216 homes in Nashville in 1999 within the following communities: The Estates at Banbury Crossing and The Retreat at Banbury Crossing, both located in Brentwood; Towne Park at McKay’s Mill, Alexandria at McKay’s Mill and Ivy Glen, all located in Franklin; Cedar Grove in LaVergne; Hunters Crossing at Langford Farms in Mount Juliet and Burtonwood in Spring Hill.

Crye-Leike sales associates will be involved in the real estate transaction of bringing in buyers, notes Jim Terrell, interim director of Crye-Leike’s newly established New Homes Division that specializes in builder services. “Our intention is to welcome all Realtors and their respective companies in working with their potential buyers.”
